Stayed one night at this hotel, the environment is neat, tidy and comfortable. We surprised at watching fireworks outside. The dinner is nicely organized. We enjoyed it very much.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. I'm vegetarian so I was worried when my friend booked it and while talking to them through email they couldn't do anything for me but when I got there they were very helpful and had no issues serving vegetarian. It was a beautiful hotel and the baths are great. I was very pleased with my experience here and the staff were amazing.

Hotel is quite nice and service is great. But facilities is getting old, with simple glass window which makes cold air even inside the corridor and in the onsen, which was not great to bring a baby to shower.
