I visited after reading the reviews. I hadn't made a reservation, so I called them on the day to confirm and they happily accepted. what I ate ・Special Nigiri ・Snow crab ・Scallop sashimi ・Botan shrimp sashimi ・Flounder sashimi ·draft beer ・Sake (Goryo) I think the special nigiri included red meat, white meat, raw shrimp, surf clams, salmon, sea urchin, salmon roe, abalone, and crab. The sushi was fluffy and soft, and the balance with the toppings was good. What surprised me was the scallop sashimi. I think it was slightly cooked rather than completely raw, but this was the first time I had ordered scallop sashimi and had the egg part included. When I ate it, it was moist, gooey, and rich.I like fish eggs and liver, so it was very delicious. The crab had a strong umami flavor, and the miso was also delicious. I wanted to drink some local sake, so I tried Goryo, which was also delicious and easy to drink with a refreshing aftertaste. It was a sudden visit, but I was very satisfied. This is the second restaurant in Yunokawa, Hakodate, and the restaurant I went to before was good, but overall this one was better. The location is right next to a park, and you can see the pine forest from the counter. It's also lit up at night, creating a great atmosphere. My son was in charge of the craftsman. She was in her 40s and the all-back hairstyle suited her. He looked scary, but when I talked to him, he seemed very easy to talk to and kind. I ordered it as a single item. Beer mugs are unique, so be sure to order one. We also drank two types of local sake. Order recommended. It was really delicious. As for the food, what surprised me was the appetizer. It was an indescribable appetizer containing sea urchin, abalone, and mekabu. And the live squid sashimi that I wanted to eat. I was happy to be able to eat it today as it doesn't happen every day. Then I ordered the sushi separately. Sea urchin, abalone, fatty tuna, cod roe, sujiko maki, conger eel, etc. Everything was really delicious. I took 1 kan each and my companion 2 kan each. The bill was 20,000 yen for two people. I was expecting it to cost around 30,000 yen, so I was surprised at how good the cost performance was. The fresh ingredients and the sushi rice were just the way I like them. This is the best store overall. I wanted to come again. I was very happy that they also gave me a handful of live squid sashimi.
