When I visited again on May 15, 2024, I was told that an owl chick had hatched this year at the shrine grounds on the banks of the Minami Shirogame River. A large birdhouse has been installed on top of an old tree in the precincts, and there are plans to restore the main shrine in this area, which is rich in nature. A preliminary investigation is currently underway prior to restoration. There is a large parking lot next to the torii gate in front and a little further back. There are also relatively new toilets on the grounds, so you can worship with peace of mind.

I visited when it was very quiet. It is a shrine ⛩️ that seems to be beneficial. It's very clean and the toilets are well maintained. It looks amazing when there are events, but it's also nice when it's empty.

It was the season of autumn leaves, so the large ginkgo trees were spectacular. Perhaps because there are so many people visiting, explanations of the small shrines within the precincts are carefully posted. It was well maintained and I felt comfortable visiting. I saw some people bringing their own plastic tanks so they could freely draw spring water.

On New Year's Day, I went to visit the shrine. A white snake is enshrined here. Although it is a small shrine, many locals came to visit the shrine on New Year's Day 😊Maybe because it was New Year's Day, it was very lively with amazake and free popcorn for children. After visiting the shrine, be sure to pat the snake snake and receive blessings🎵 You can also see some fine shrimp made with a chainsaw.
