Easy check in and out. Clean rooms. Smaller than we're used to, but easy for us to adjust. In room fridge:) Convenient location. Felt very safe. Great breakfast options. Would stay here again.

The highlight is the location. It's easy to get to and there's a lot to explore in the area. The rooms are very small and hard to manage luggage if there are two of you. We ended up checking out early because the bed was so uncomfortable (my back ached and I've never had that happen at a hotel before).

The room is very small but understandable as this is Tokyo. You can get all the bath/beauty supplies you need on 2nd floor lobby area. There’s also laundry which is a plus. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right in the center of Roppongi and it’s extremely fast and easy to get to the subway! Convenient store (Family mart) is nearby and the famous ramen restaurants like Iruca & Afuri are all in 3mins walking distance!

Great service, convenient location to the Tokyo subway and handy cafe on ground floor with quality (and cheap!) buffet breakfast. Service was excellent, though the rooms were a little cramped for a family of big (170-190cm) Aussies.

Very pleased with this hotel, centrally located and close to Roppongi shops and subway station. Room size was decent by Tokyo standards, large bathroom unit with bathtub, excellent range of free amenities (bath salts, lotions, face mask, tooth brush, etc) available from reception, reasonably priced buffet breakfast at connected G/F café Late check-out hourly charge beyond 11am, which is reasonable
