When it was newly opened, there was a ramen shop with a fried chicken shop attached...do you ever go there? I sincerely apologize for having looked down on you.
Usui store was introduced on Cable Net 296's ramen program, and I learned about its novel concept of fusion of ramen and soba, so I had to go there! I came to the store early in the new year.
I ordered the Ae Soba Kuro (garlic soy sauce), which is only available at the Yachimata store, and my wife ordered the Soba Kuro.
The Ae Soba Kuro was flat, thick noodles with no soup, but it wasn't as heavy as the Mazesoba you get at a ramen restaurant, and you could eat it all the way to the end.
I drank the soba black soup, and it was really delicious with the flavor of bonito flakes.
In particular, I was surprised by the price of 70 yen per piece, even though the store's specialty meatballs were soft and extremely delicious.
The meatballs were so delicious that I wanted to take them home and eat them at home.
I will definitely eat there again.
I forgot to take a picture of the black soba noodles that my wife ate.
It's ¥600, but next time I'd like to try it with meatballs topping!
2024/4/28
I ordered green chili miso soba.
When I looked at the photos in the reviews, it was ¥900, but it was ¥800.
Price reduction? !
Although it says it's super spicy, I don't think it's that spicy, just on the spicy level, so it's okay unless you can't stand spicy food at all.
However, the soup of the green chili miso soba felt a little salty, so I think it could be diluted with a little more hot water.
I also ordered meatballs with the recommended rice and made it into a meatball bowl, which was delicious.

[11th time: Mazesoba [kuru] 550 yen "Limited time price⁉️ Regular price 800 yen". +Topping: chive kimchi 100 yen. [Kuru] seems to be related to the name of its creator... Chive kimchi looks delicious plus. Chive kimchi looked different than I expected. I've run out of rich shrimp soba, so I'm in need of a strong soup instead. The black soba soup was unexpectedly dark, so it seems impossible. The fried chicken shop is thriving! ️Parking lot🈵Car] [10th time: Mazesoba [come] [Taiwan? Wind] 550 yen. + Spicy green chile green onion miso soba 800 yen. +Rice 150 yen. [What is “kuru”? ] January 24th Happy Day Limited Price Menu... I thought, but as a regular new menu (maybe for a limited time), [Taiwan? It seems to be Kaze Mazesoba]. Delicious and cheap. However, even though there is Ae Soba in the original version, with this price setting, wouldn't anyone want to try Ae Soba? The price will remain the same after the 24th. Does it mean something like ``Thank you for the relief efforts for the Noto Earthquake''? Demon Spicy⁉️ I thought it was included in the Carolina Reaper, but apparently that's not the case. It has a lingering spiciness, but it doesn't carry over into the next day. The ingredients are very simple. No meat. The soup is spicy and I have a hard time drinking it. It's not that it's bad when mixed with rice, but it wasn't a soup that I particularly wanted to drink up. This is the first time I've had a single rice item on the Soba side. Although I had a lot of heart, I preferred a variety of side meals. [Sad news⁉️] It seems that the [shrimp soba] period has ended 😢 It was my favorite noodle. Hope for revival❗] [9th time: Shrimp soba 800 yen. + Hot egg 100 yen. Peanut rice x 2 = 200 yen. The rich soup is delicious with the egg yolk mixed in. +I ordered Oimeshi [spicy rice] for 100 yen. If you want to eat all the soup deliciously, maybe 2 cups is the limit? If you want to fill your stomach, 3 cups might be enough. ] [8th time: Ae soba [red] 800 yen. Shrimp soba...I was planning to order it, but it was sold out⁉️ I was completely caught off guard. I should have called in advance to confirm. I wanted to mix the rich shrimp soup with rice 😢 I wasn't going to order Ae Soba because it would be difficult to eat, but I wonder if Ae Soba [Red: Sesame Dandan] would be easier to eat because of the moisture in the sauce? That's what I expected, so I ordered it. It's cold in the store. Although it is a mild winter, it is a time when the cold is unbearable. It's not built around the cooking area, which is common in ramen restaurants, so the cooking heat is far away. A table in the back might be better than a counter by the window. Taste: Easy to eat. The arrangement of the chili peppers was less impressive than in the photo. Very little spiciness. I prefer a slightly stronger flavor. I want more flavor. Last time I ate Ae Soba, I had a large portion, so maybe the soup wasn't strong enough? I wonder if the amount of seasoning etc. in the large bowl of Ae Soba noodles is increased compared to the regular bowl. Quantity: Still small. If you have a regular portion of Ae Soba + 1 side meal, you won't be full. If there is a lot of soup, I can add extra rice. Next time, I want to try shrimp soba + rice. ] [7th time: Shrimp soba + peanut rice x 2 = 800 yen + 100 yen x 2 = 1000 yen. Itsuka's limited-edition noodles, shrimp soba, are now priced at 800 yen instead of 500 yen. Last time I had a simple arrangement of ingredients, and I thought that was included in the trial price, but the arrangement was the same this time... Simply adding 300 yen to the price makes it seem expensive. I wonder if the price will be around 600 or 700 yen like other white and black single soba noodles. Or should I include things that can be differentiated by ingredients? The richness of the soup is still very satisfying. Goes well with rice. ] [6th time: Black soba + salted fried chicken + large rice. Use the fried chicken service ticket by the deadline. Follow us on Instagram and get 100 yen rice + free large serving. It's a little cold in the store. The heat of the ramen and fried chicken offsets the heat. This time, it's usually the cheapest set when using the service. 708 yen. Without service, it costs +270 yen. It's within 1000 yen, but I would like a little more volume. ] [5th time: Shrimp soba⁉️ (12/14 only?) 500 yen. Taste: Rich shrimp soup. Goes great with rice. Balance with price: Unbeatable. Is it a prototype? Overall review:+100 yen with peanut rice. Should you be careful not to eat too much shrimp and nuts? I almost want a second cup. I would like to be careful about allergies. It seems to be limited to the day of the event, but what does that mean? Is it a regular event or a guerrilla event? Haven't you given any notice? It seems to be held regularly. It seems that they are thinking of making soba limited to events on the 4th, 14th, and 24th of every month for “Happiness (4 Awase).” Next time I won't necessarily have shrimp soba. ] [4th time: Single soba white (salt) 600 yen, yam rice 300 yen, famous chicken meatballs 70 yen x 2, total 1040 yen. I would like a separate topping for “Tororo”. If you mix the grated yam with the soup, it will lose its flavor. It is better to eat the yam while keeping its shape. The famous chicken meatballs are also of such quality that you'll want to take them home. ``Single soba + rice + chicken meatballs might be a combination on a griddle.'' ``Single soba + chicken meatballs x 2 = 160 yen difference between 740 yen and Chiba soba 900 yen, so the 160 yen consists of 150 yen each Did you say yen? (I guess). The difference between 300 yen for yam rice and 150 yen for a single item is 150 yen.''At first glance, the restaurant looks deserted with no cars parked there, but you can order takeout over the phone. It seems to be thriving as a take-out bento shop. If it was a one-time operation, wouldn't it be possible to boil the noodles while handling the cash register? ...Even though I was the only dine-in customer, after ordering ramen, I had to wait about 20 minutes while I was handling about 4 groups of customers taking out bento boxes, etc., so I had to wait quite a while, but I was able to balance cooking ramen and serving the cashier. You can't do that. Depending on the timing, you may have to be prepared to wait for a while 😅. Last time I came to the store during the day, there were 3 people in the store during the day. ] [3rd time: Single soba black (soy sauce) 600 yen, large rice 216 yen, 2 fried spicy green onions 300 yen, total 1116 yen. You may not need to make a large serving of extra-thin noodles. Large size rice can be purchased for eat-in at the fried chicken cash register. The rice and fried chicken are subtly intertwined😅. The fried spicy green onions are also delicious, but when you put them all on top, you get the impression of spiciness. Be careful when handling spicy menu items⚠️. Soup is precious. If you try to eat noodles, rice, or fried chicken without soup, they will become heavy. It might be better not to order Ae Soba from now on. The difference between “Chiba soba” and “single item soba” is the 300 yen difference and the type and amount of ingredients. The difference between “tsuke soba” and “single item soba” is “the 150 yen difference, the thickness and amount of the soup, the presence or absence of condiments: salt/wasabi, and the ordering style.” or fried chicken.” ] [Second time: Tsukesoba salt extra-fine noodles 750 yen Warm soup/noodle heat serving + large serving: half a bowl extra 150 yen. 2 delicious fried green onions for 300 yen. Extra meal: Chili oil rice 100 yen. Total: 1300 yen. ``The amount of rice is about 1g/1 yen, which is the same as the fried chicken specialty store.'' Amount: It seems to be the same noodles as Chiba soba, but it's just right if you make it larger. Taste: It can be served hot, so it was easy to eat. Overall review: You can enjoy changing the taste by adding green onions, salt, and wasabi as condiments, and it's delicious. Limited time? The fried green onions are also delicious. If you add spicy rice to the dish, it will leave a lasting impression, but if you mix it with the soup, it will give you a sense of satisfaction. I'm not good at the concept of ``dipping'', so I mixed everything together and ate it, but what's the difference between this and ``single soba''? Next time I'll try ordering a single soba. ] [First time: Chiba soba black 900 yen, follow-up meal: Yachimata peanut rice 100 yen. 2 pieces of fried salted chicken for 324 yen. The amount is small. The flavor is yam. Fit. The soup is also delicious. It was a bit slimy, probably because there were a lot of ingredients. The meatballs are also delicious. The balance with the price is disappointing that there are not many, but it is expensive. It might feel unnecessary because the noodles are super thin. If you can make it into a baricata, it might be better in terms of filling. I want to order all kinds of side meals. Quantity, small bowl, small amount, around 100 yen. The variety is good, but I wish the rice was simple and had more quantity. Fried salted chicken is delicious. Furthermore, I would like more rice. Overall review: First time on the ramen shop side. The taste is delicious. Quantity, small. It's sad that 1324 yen for ramen + small rice + 2 pieces of fried chicken won't fill you up. Is it unavoidable because prices are high? There are many other menu items, so I want to come up with a pattern that will satisfy me. ...Or rather, it's like someone said something like, ``I want to drink ramen soup after eating fried chicken.'' There's even a water server.
2nd bowl: Ae soba white yuzu pepper 800 yen + large serving: half an egg extra 150 yen, follow-up meal: garlic rice 100 yen. The amount may be too much even if you subtract the extra half a ball. I don't know what they call noodles, but are they extra thick noodles? . I guess it means that the taste of the noodles goes well with the yuzu pepper. There is no soup-like sauce taste. The balance with the price is that the quantity is satisfying. Overall review: The taste becomes soggy towards the end if it's not as watery as the soup. You don't have to make it a big serving. You might not even need a side meal when you meet someone soba. On the counter, there seems to be a free fried egg, pepper, seasoning (?), vinegar (?), and grated garlic. Could you make extra thick noodles with Chiba soba? Or I want something in between. The Ae Soba doesn't come with soup, but I really want to drink just the soup. I don't like Tsukesoba, so next time I'll try ``600 yen for each soba'' ``Can I choose the ingredients?: There's meatballs, but no yam/wasabi/shredded seaweed.I want to try the original yam yam soba'' ``Soup fever'' ``It seems like you can't choose the noodles.'' ``Large serving.'' ``Regular rice.'' Tsukesoba might be delicious if served hot. ]
