Surprisingly massive room space with separate bathroom from shower. Maybe because it was entirely built for USJ leisure only.
Only 2 minute walk from Sakurajima Station and two convenient stores next to the hotel. 24/7 open for 7-11, Lawson was limited hours operation. Around 10 min walk to USJ, it gave a good morning walk before diving into enjoyment awaited.
Price was a bit high comparing with other hotels during this low season. But, what can you say for a hotel located in limited space like this private-owned island?
Staffs were standard robot services. Not good not bad, nothing to expect.

My recent stay at Hotel Lagent Osaka was nothing short of exceptional. The modern and stylish decor, coupled with warm hospitality, created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I stepped in. The attention to detail in the room design and amenities provided a comfortable retreat after exploring the vibrant city. The staff's professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch to the experience, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The location, with its proximity to key attractions and public transportation, was a definite plus. From the cozy rooms to the delicious on-site dining options, Hotel Lagent Osaka surpassed my expectations. A five-star stay that I wholeheartedly recommend to fellow travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

*Nice and accommodating, english speaking staff
*Good food
*Near Lawson and 7/11

“Lousy service and unhelpful staff”
The service is lousy and location is not ideal. Staff are not helpful in resolving issue and reluctant to lent a helping hand. Have an issue with my luggage with Yamato luggage service and hotel refuse to assist. Stingy with hotel necessities stuff and everything you have to ask for it. Ask for extra pillows also don’t have. Location not ideal for USJ and quite secluded with 2 convenient stores. Overall not recommended.

Rooms are tiny and the beds are harder than quadratic trinomials. Refused a request for extra pillows.
