Ramen restaurant • Japan, 〒550-0005 Osaka, Nishi Ward, Nishihonmachi, 1-chōme−5−19 2F
Yamanakaramen is a quietly situated shop away from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori in Osaka. When you climb the stairs, you will find a calm space facing the counter.
The shop has only one owner. The owner takes care of the entire process of making ramen and gracefully moves in the kitchen. The bowl with boiled noodles quickly arranged and a soup with a faint sweetness drifting is truly an excellent work showing the craftsmanship. The boiling condition of the noodles, the taste and smoothness of the soup, everything is maintained in an exquisite balance.
Through the counter, you can catch glimpses of the owner's skill and the passion put into the work. Occasionally, the figure working with a shout makes you feel the nostalgia of the old townhouse.
In addition to the noodles, there is a variety of menu items such as fried rice using oden soup stock and homemade yuzu pepper. Each one is meticulously and painstakingly made. This shop truly preserves and inherits the traditional taste of the town in Osaka, and I hope you will experience this taste.
