It's an old-fashioned business hotel, and it's old compared to today's famous business hotels, but it's more than adequate if you're staying in this location.
There is no convenience store nearby without dinner, so buy it before you arrive. Microwaves are located at the front desk and on the second floor.
There are 2 coin laundry machines at the end of the 3rd floor, available from 9am to 11pm.
By the way, I was in room 301, next to the coin laundry (there was a little space in between), and it was quite noisy.

When I made a reservation at the company, they said no smoking.
The hotel room was a smoking room.
odor….
There are deodorizing sprays available, but they are not effective against lingering odors.
There is no screen door, so even if you open the window for ventilation, insects can get in.
When you turn on the air conditioner, the smell of resin comes out and gets even worse, so this room is nothing but hell for non-smokers.
I think the overall cleaning is done well.
It's nice that it's quiet because there isn't much traffic.

This is your best choice for a business hotel in Koide. It's always crowded and it's hard to get a reservation. We manage our business with honesty and integrity. When I can't make a reservation, I always go to a cheap hot spring inn. I would like to see rival business hotels emerge.

The next day, I had a hairdresser so I could catch the first train on the Tadami Line.
Koriyama - Niitsu (Banetsu West Line)
The plan was to go to Shibata Station, come back, and then come to Koide Station...
Due to heavy rain, most transfer lines in Niigata Prefecture were delayed and suspended, so I went straight to Koide Station.
At the time of check-in, I asked for payment because it was early the next day...
My application from Rakuten Travel was for a twin room with breakfast included, but if I was alone and didn't want breakfast, they canceled my stay and changed me to a single plan without breakfast.
It's about 2000 yen cheaper.
thank you very much.
There are no convenience stores in front of the station, and you have to go to the other side of the tracks to find a store.
I got dinner and breakfast at NEWDAYS at the transfer station.
There are vending machines for canned beer and canned chuhai on the 3rd and 5th floors.
There is also a coin laundry.
The room was right next to the railroad tracks, so you could see the station platform from your room.
I'm happy.

The bathtub was large and I was able to take a relaxing bath.
At the time of reservation, all non-smoking rooms were fully booked, but we were able to change the room based on availability on the day.
The person at the front desk told me about the congestion situation on the Tadami Line.
This is recommended for those who take the first train on the Tadami Line. The front desk is open from early morning, and you can see what's going on inside the station from your room window.
