This store is a former lodge-style cafe that was popular in the Showa era, and the shape of the shop is still lodge-style. There was a line on Sunday afternoon. I ordered ``Kotteri''. Is flour used to thicken the soup? The soup felt powdery and tasted like flour. Expectations may have been too high since it is often featured on TV. Personally, it wasn't the type of ramen that I wanted to eat often. Parking lot is a little small. Order on a tablet. Accounting is done through an auto-register system that is fully cashless.

This year's first rich and rich MAX! Since Oguchi Town has a PayPay refund, two of us visited in the early afternoon on a Saturday after New Year's Day. Although it was past lunchtime, the restaurant was fairly busy and there were empty seats, but no one came to check on the customers waiting outside. After a while, I was shown to an empty table. Order rich ramen, rich fried chicken set meal and rich MAX from the touch panel. After ordering, it was served without a long wait. The rich ramen tastes the same. The fried chicken marinated in the rich soup is crispy and has a strong flavor. Goes well with mayonnaise. My partner ordered the Kotteri MAX, and the viscosity of the soup was even higher than that of the Kotteri MAX, and when the noodles were cooked, the soup was very entangled. I got a chance to taste it, and it was really rich. Personally, I felt it would be difficult to finish the meal on its own without rice. On the way, maybe because I tasted MAX, I got a little tired of the strong flavor and ended up leaving behind the soup that I usually drink. When I saw the words ``We'll be waiting for you tomorrow'' on the inside of the bowl, I thought it was impossible. Is it because I'm getting older or is my pace confused by MAX? I was able to handle the checkout smoothly by myself, but I had to ask the clerk to register the stamps on the app. I was able to enjoy the first rich meal of the year at a great price. Today's lunch was at Tenkaichippin, located along National Route 41 in Oguchi-cho, Niwa-gun, Aichi Prefecture. There is a parking lot for 26 cars, and the store has a slightly unusual building shape. ``Kotteri MAX'' is something I've always wanted to try. The soup is said to be even richer than the previous ones. Order Rich MAX with double chashu topping❗ Both the bright red bowl and the astragalus have the words “rich MAX”❗ When you lift the noodles, the soup is so thick that it can be said that it lifts up with it. I put spicy miso in it, wrapped the noodles in char siew, and enjoyed it. It's salty, but it's a nice salt supplement on a hot day. It's a one of a kind dish that I sometimes want to try. 2023.6.21 Night: Rich fried chicken with wings and gyoza set meal…1220 yen, Rich MAX…1190 yen Taking advantage of the release of "Kotteri MAX", which claims to be the richest in Tenkaichippin's history, we decided to try it and compare it with the regular rich one. It's true that the concentration is higher, but I don't think there is much difference in the total amount of flavor. It's an interesting attempt, but Sendai's earthenware pot cheese is more intense. If you like rich food, you should aim for Sendai. Even so, as a fan of naughty food, I appreciate the combination of rich fried chicken and winged gyoza in a set meal style. There are quite a few menu items unique to this restaurant, so I would like to visit again.

Miso ramen 970 yen I had never eaten it before, so I ordered it. Hmm. It tastes exactly like miso + tenichi. There is Tenichi in the aftertaste. It was quite rich, so I wish I had ordered rice as well.
