Such a great selection and pricing structure on gundam products. There were lots that we were after that they didn't have in stock. Hopefully, the team can get on top of ordering stock well before products sell out in future! Highly recommend!

The store itself has had extremely long waiting lines of both days I tried to visit only to find out the shelves don’t necessarily have those rare kits you might think they have. Go there at your own peril and get ready to wait for hours before getting in.

Unreal amount of gaming entertainment to include karaoke on the top floor, animae and of course, gundam! Plus, shop til u drop on clothes and shoes, a "Daiso"- like shop on first floor, huge food court, etc!!! We had to come again the next day bc we couldn't even scratch the surface the first day!

Make sure you time your visit correctly, if you want to go up the platform. This is quite a fun experience. The place can get busy, when I visited there was no line to enter and I was able to get a build your own model when entering the compound. There was only a 10 minute wait to get into the gift shop and they were not really any other lines for other areas. The food was ok more of a fun experience than a great meal. If you can find a seat there is a nice viewing spot of the model while it is in action and while you eat. All in all this was a fun experience especially if you are a fan of the anime.

Awesome experience, I didn't realise there was more to this place than the giant gundam. There was a small museum about the way the gundam works and the journey to create it. A few fun exhibits you can interact with and a robot that builds small gundams! Wasn't able to go up in the tower as it has been fully booked for the month in advance. Though you can still watch the shows when the gundam moves from right in front of it. The shows also vary with the dialogue and poses, they last about 10 minutes and have a break of about the same time in between. I was lucky as I went when it was super windy and the polite and helpful staff at the entrance did warn me that shows could be stopped due to this. So do be mindful of that when you're planning to go but it said snow and rain are not a problem. You can buy tickets at the entrance though I did so online and got to skip the queue so would recommend that. However if you find yourself in the area you can just pop in and get a ticket.
