The hallway was incredibly noisy and the two person bed too small. On top of that, the pillows were so bad for my neck that I developed a racing headache. I ended up sleeping with my head on the matress, cause it was less bad for my neck

Very functional "business" hotel in what would be a very quiet neighbourhood if it weren't for the fact that the property stands right next to a railway (although nowhere near a rail *station*) so there is often some train noise, even at night. I like train sounds, so that was OK, but one should be prepared for it. Free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland from the hotel's own front door (irrelevant for me, but it was there) and good restaurant choice plus a very useful 7Eleven a short walk down the road. I got a sort of mini-apartment rather than a regular hotel room, with my own washing machine (with Japanese-only controls, so potentially difficult to use) and the pretence of a kitchenette. The window could be fully opened to let fresh air in, which was great and unusual for a Japanese hotel. The price is not competitive at all, which seems somewhat mysterious considering the rather pointless location and very compact room size. I probably will not go back -with hindsight I wish I had stayed somewhere cheaper further away from Tokyo.

An amazing price if you're trying to keep your budget down while visiting Disney. They have a free shuttle that takes you there and back, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had laundry on site for us to not have to pack dirty clothes. The Chinese restaurant on the corner was a great find too, and the metro station is a 15 min walk.

Room: Extremely small room, hard to open big luggages Location: Most people stay here for Disneyland trip. The hotel provide shuttle service. Didn't bother the shuttle service and took bus to Disneyland instead & luckily I did that, Disneyland was too crowded. However, I took the shuttle bus back to Hotel as the timing is right, 1030pm.

Gotta give the management major props for addressing recurring complaints during Covid. People said that the railway is too noisy. They double-glazed the windows and I literally can't hear outside. People said that there weren't power outlets near the bed. Now there are three by the bed.
