Fairly large noodle shop. Their signature dish is the spicy miso noodles, made not with ramen but with thicker cut noodles. The miso broth is thick. Instead of one big piece of char siu you get a dollop of thinly sliced pork. It's tasty and serves are large. More upmarket than your average noodle shop, a nice touch is the chilled water served with an ice ball.

Flavorful and spicy ramen❗
It was my first time visiting the Kokubunji area. I went to this store based on a colleague's choice. The window glass that had been featured on TV was introduced. As the restaurant's name suggests, it has extra-thick, randomly-sliced noodles and a miso base that is extremely spicy.
Entered the store after 13:00.
I was also attracted to the April punch SOBA (1,200 yen), which was available only at our store in April, as seen in the photo at the store entrance, but I found it to be the most popular Beni Ramen (920 yen), plus a mega serving (+490 yen noodles). Purchase a meal ticket for a total of 1,410 yen (large size 300g or more, double meat 140g, triple vegetable 750g or more).
There were about 12 to 13 customers in the restaurant, but there was plenty of seating, so we were seated at a table. The table was small, so I had to be careful not to bump into the person sitting across from me while I ate.The height of the table was also low, so I had to hunch back.Although I had a paper apron, I had to be careful not to let my clothes splash. It was very difficult to eat while wearing it.
You can clearly see the difference in the mega size when you compare it to the regular size ordered by the person across from you, but it feels like a good deal. It was interesting to see that the noodles came in various thicknesses, but I was struggling with the heat and spiciness, so I didn't have time to enjoy each noodle one by one. If you like super spicy food, you should order the Onibō Ramen, but the Beni Ramen wasn't painfully spicy, you could really taste the flavor of the soup, and the balance with the spiciness was good. Because of the miso flavor, the soup didn't get cold easily and was spicy, so I ate it wholeheartedly, wiping my sweat over and over again. It was delicious. It was a feast.
take a break
I was curious about this restaurant's ramen, so I decided to order it by Uber.
Benidon and Beni Ramen with vegetable toppings
I was surprised that there were more vegetable toppings than I expected! But I wanted to eat vegetables, so I added vegetable toppings, so I was happy.
The spicy ramen with chopped noodles and spicy rice bowl were delicious and I ate it all in one go, but I think it was really good as it was very filling.✨
I would like to order again.

Available for late lunch time.
I was prepared to wait in line since it's a popular restaurant, but luckily I was able to get in right away.
Beni ramen 920 yen.
No particular preference was asked, just order as is.
Cold drinks are served with round ice cubes.
I had Beni Ramen for the first time.
Even though it's average, it has a lot of pork belly.
It might be a good idea to add a little more vegetables such as bean sprouts.
The red soup looks powerful and spicy, but it doesn't taste that spicy. On the contrary, it has a very salty taste and is very salty.
As the name suggests, the noodles are extra-thick and randomly cut, and they even have thick noodles like hoto noodles, which come in a variety of thicknesses and are very delicious.
It's delicious ramen, so I'd like you to do your best to keep it under 1,000 yen.
