Sushi restaurant in front of Morioka station
Online reservation: Iwate whole course, table seats on the second floor, soft drinks/draft beer, Atago no Matsu Jungin, Harukoi, etc., and ganja rolls & natto rolls
My tastes vary from person to person. It was delicious, it was dark for drinking, there were dishes that required a lot of labor, and there were things that could be made at home, so I enjoyed it in many ways.
When I told them what I didn't like, they recommended another dish, which I thought was good service.
At first glance, the counter, table, and raised area are narrow, and the chairs are hard...but the fact that it's completely non-smoking is appealing.
It would be interesting to see what other seasonal limited edition sake was available. I would like to visit again if I have a chance.

This was my first visit since my predecessor took over as the young master, and as always, I enjoyed the combination of sake dishes that make use of Sanriku ingredients and delicious sake. Sushi is clean-tasting rice and local fish. Best of all, you can enjoy these special dishes at a reasonable price.

The price range is a little high, but the course meals that come with local ingredients one after another are amazing!
Of course, we also have local sake!
Mr. Itamae also explained carefully and picked up topics, so I felt like I had become more knowledgeable.

Is it better to sit at the counter and eat while socializing?
It might be a good idea to make a reservation as the number of seats is limited.
By the way, the course is also available for walk-ins. It's best to make a reservation, but thankfully it's not required!

This time I had the omakase course.
Seasonal small dishes, pottery, sashimi, and nigiri
It was very satisfying.
Regarding whales, I didn't have a choice.
I was able to know that it was delicious because I left it to the chef.
It was a feast.

This is my second time using the hotel, and I think it's conveniently located in front of Morioka Station, making it easy to use. Many of the fish are from Sanriku, so I think it's a good place to eat local food.
It's a restaurant where you can enjoy local ingredients while having a conversation with the owner, and I think the prices are reasonable. This time, we had the omakase and omakase, but we also have a set menu, so you can feel at ease❗️🤗
However, reservations may be necessary⁉️😅
