Stayed here for 3 nights. Good: -up to standard budgeted hotel -good location, nearby to 24/7 supermarket, Macdonald's and Metro station -staff are polite and helpful To be improved: -smoking area is in the right side of hotel entrance, so inevitable when you pass by the entrance and suggest moving the smoking room/area to the left behind side. -some tea/coffee stains left in the cups and no bottled water provided but luckily there's a 24/7 supermarket next to hotel to get self-help -seems no washing machine here so you'll have find somewhere else for a longer stay (not seeing this is available inside the hotel map and luckily we've washed all in previous hotel)

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. This is a really good hotel. The room is very clean and big in Japanese standard. The sound proof is so great we hardly heard any noise from our neighbors. At night the hotel was really quiet. It is near a 24hr Supermarket so you will have food and water. The Metro station is very close. You can walk underground or on the surface to get to MRT. The price is just right. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel close to the busy part of Osaka. Very well kept with the amazing service and lots of complimentary small things. At the reception Namba and Tanisaka was outstandingly helpful to assist me with my personal request. Great breakfast worth every yen, and great freshly roasted coffee in the machines. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good sized room for two people for the price paid, conveniently located by the subway, supermarket and McDonald’s. Walkable to Dotonburi. The staff was a bit unhelpful when inquiring about places to eat at night and during check-in they couldn’t locate reservation immediately. There’s free items like tea, coffee, toothbrush, q-tips, and shaver advisable in the lobby. Housekeeping will clean your room regardless if you put the sign out. Note, no free water in the fridge. If you plan to bring your Chromecast or Roku, forget it, there’s no easy access to the HDMI port on the TV. WiFi was a bit iffy, drops connection a lot.

The main reason we selected this hotel for our trip to Osaka is its location. Additionally, we appreciate the positive aspects such as the facilities, room size, and cleanliness. While we were aware that check-in is at 3 pm, we were disappointed by the strict adherence to this time. Despite arriving at 2:45 pm, we were unable to enter our room. It's advisable to be prepared for this policy.
