I did not stay at the hotel. The private hot spring room is incredible though! Smaller private tub which is good for 2-3 people. 4 is a bit crowded. The view of the ocean from there is incredible and it’s relaxing feeling the cool ocean breeze while sitting in the hot water! Much needed at the end of an active trip or even at the end of the day. Head on in if you are in the area. No photos because of all the naked people… sorry.

The ocean-view Japanese room is spacious and elegantly decorated. The ocean view is priceless, and you can watch the sunrise from the huge window! All staff is very friendly. The Japanese breakfast buffet is great, we really enjoy it. The open-air hot spring to be reserved at check-in is spacious, and you can open the small wooden window to see the ocean and a few people surfing there. A little downside is, the dinner is just generally good, not especially memorable. There is free car to pick you up or drive you to the nearest JR station Aoshima station, with just less than 10 minutes ride. In conclusion, I would recommend to stay here to enjoy the ocean view! :)

Won Soon Lau

An upscale hotel located right beside the famous Devil's Washboard. You can see it roght outside your window. The hotel rooms on the ground floors don't have a number and known by name. Each has an outdoor tub and a full height glass windows. Food is generally good.
