Enjo-ji is a small temple nestled in the mountains of Awaji Island, but it is known as a hidden spot for cherry blossoms in spring. The road to Enjo-ji is a bit hard to find and requires passing through narrow mountain roads. You need to be careful of oncoming vehicles, but it is easy to stop by on a motorcycle. If you are driving, it is wise to park and explore on foot. It is about a 30-minute drive from the center of Awaji city, and the access is not bad at all.
