I went there for the first time, and it's nice and quiet, and I think it's convenient for transportation as it's in front of Kesennuma Station.
The room was two rooms, but I had a child with me, so I was grateful for an extra bed.
At other hotels, we would have had two rooms, so this was a relief. Since we were staying overnight without meals, we ate dinner outside. Since it was right in front of the station, there were probably a lot of restaurants to eat at.

Going out for Golden Week without deciding where to stay. I happened to be looking online and was able to make a same-day reservation and pay in cash for 5,200 yen even though it was Golden Week. The staff were polite and very pleasant.
Although the inn is old, it was well-cleaned and comfortable. The inn is right in front of Kesennuma Station, so it's also recommended for sightseeing.
There is also a convenience store within the station, so you can use it within a short walk. If I have a chance, I would like to use it again.
