Miki can speak fluent English.She did a terrific job on my hair cut,color and treatment.I highly recommend everyone come to Grand,and try the top notch Japanese hair stylish service provided by Miki and other employees at Grand.Will definitely come back again in the near future.

Firstly, this salon is a real find in Tokyo for an ex-par English speaker like me. There is a lovely English speaking staff member name Miki who is super helpful and made it really easy for me to communicate. I had a very positive experience at the salon overall. The staff are so friendly and helpful, paying extra special attention to make sure I was happy. The atmosphere of the salon is relaxing but at the same time it has a cool energy and vibe. Today Akane did my color and I am super happy, she is an expert and did exactly what I asked for. I already booked my next appt to come back to see her again! I highly recommend this salon. Be sure to ask for Miki if you need help in English only.
