I had the Shijimi Ramen (880 yen). The famous "Shijimi" from Lake Jusanko in Okutsugaru is generously used in the soup stock. The cloudy white soup speaks for itself. The soup is light and salty, and the noodles are smooth, so-called "Chinese noodles." A handful of freshwater clams is very easy to eat! It was delicious and I ate the soup to the last drop. Price: 880 yen

I stopped by because I wanted to try the shijimi ramen. To be honest, there were some freshwater clams in it, but they were so small that they didn't really taste like freshwater clams. There was something like an observation deck, and when I climbed up I was able to see a little of Lake Jusanko.

'22.10 visit I ordered the shijimi ramen set. It was just regular salt ramen with shijimi added. I hadn't eaten anything since morning, so I was looking forward to it, but it didn't taste particularly good. The mini seafood bowl was delicious.

北の吞べえ

I had the shijimitsuyu yakisoba. Originally, I entered the store to eat Shiji Miramen. but, I was in the middle of a local gourmet trip and found Tsuyu Yakisoba, which I thought I would never come across, so I ordered it without hesitation. Is it a small amount of Champon? ? But I'm happy to be able to eat local ingredients.

There is also terrace seating, and Jusanko's specialty clam soup comes with the set meal. Shijimi soup is also available as a single item. I ordered the ginger grilled set meal and the meat was soft and easy to eat!
