Night Rider

Previously stayed for one night. It's not a rider house, but a guest house. The elderly couple who run the restaurant were certainly kind and polite, but the food was not good. To be honest, the building was old and the bath was also used by the family at the inn. After all, the price is way too high. One night and two meals is 9,100 yen⤵️ This is way too expensive! Even at Golden Week, the upper limit is 7,000 yen. Even on the hotel's website, it's 6,000 yen. I would like to see some improvement.

``Yamazato no Yado'' is a friendly guesthouse run by two elderly couples. There are not many lodging facilities in this area, but as a typical guesthouse in the Izumo region, it offers a place where you can easily relieve the fatigue of your travels. It is also sometimes used as an inn for long-distance touring trips and as a rider's house. The three rooms on the second floor of the main building are available for overnight stays and meetings. Adjacent to the main building is a large warehouse with a blue roof that can be locked and used as an overnight parking space for large motorcycles. There are also several rental bicycles available for your convenience.

I used the guest house in March 2017. It is run by a husband and wife in their 80s. The guest house has three rooms on the second floor of the house, and a rider house is installed next to the house. A kotatsu was placed in the middle of the room, which gave me a nostalgic feeling as I grew up in the countryside. There are no shops within walking distance. It's perfect for turning off your smartphone and taking an information fast. This is an inn that I would like to stay at for a long time.
