Not many sushi restaurants with open kitchen are open until very late. There I nowhere better than this place for a late night 2nd-3rd round of drinking or what we call “shime” (the end dish of the night) for sushi. Every sushi was great prepared in the spot. You do have to write what you order on a piece of paper which can be difficult for a foreigner but the waitress were very helpful.

We were in Meguro district and this place was recommended to us for Sushi. It was almost full when we visited but the service was agile. We tried a range of Sushis and they were all good. The price was a bit more than average but it can be justified by the quality you get. They have funny tea mugs with English title for different Sushis (one can buy it for 850¥). No English menu offered (only one English sign that if you have food allergy we apologize that can't serve you! )

Great environment and food for its price, a budget hang out spot for gethering with friends. One tiny thing is we need to order Tamagoyaki for three times to finally get one because the waitress and kitchen staff kept forgetting about it.
