Feel the Breeze of Hokkaido in the Back Streets of Kanazawa

Located in the quiet residential area of Kanazawa, Yokohama, the renowned Hokkaido ramen shop 'Ramen Tontokoton' offers authentic flavors that will make you nostalgic for Hokkaido.

Rich Soup and Chewy Noodles

As you step inside, the aroma of rich Hokkaido-style soup greets you. The soup, carefully brewed from kelp and chicken broth, boasts an elegant flavor. Furthermore, the addition of secret seasonings provides a deep and rich umami that fills your mouth.

The noodles are made from medium-thick curly wheat noodles, exuding the fragrance of wheat. Their chewy texture is superb, allowing you to enjoy the exquisite harmony with the soup.

Savor the Authentic Flavors of Hokkaido

The menu includes miso ramen, salt ramen, and the signature dish, miso milk ramen, allowing you to taste the authentic flavors of Hokkaido. The miso milk ramen, especially, is popular for its creamy and rich taste.

Toppings like corn and butter bring the ambience of Hokkaido. It may be a slightly amusing presentation, but it serves as a great accent.

Skillful Craftsmanship with Uncompromising Efforts

The charm of this shop lies in the passionate dedication of the owner. Managing the shop alone, the owner spares no effort in crafting every bowl with care.

The result is a distinctive flavor born from such dedication, earning high praise from many fans. Experience the supreme bowl that evokes yearning for the north.

This is a food ramen shop on the 3rd floor of Aeon! Today I had 500 yen ramen, green onion bowl, and iced coffee. Is the ramen normal? But it was quite crowded. The shop owner seemed busy with one surgery. It says it will be closed from 2/7 to 2/23! Will it be renewed?

I thought I was crazy. I ordered ramen and it wasn't served after 20 minutes so I headed to the counter. At that time, orders for three people were completed at the same time, but due to a mistake by the staff, the ramen was not as ordered, so all three people there were confused. On top of that, he hadn't even made his own ramen, so when I asked for a refund, he yelled at me and said he didn't know about that. After a few minutes of questioning, the customer suddenly shouted and slammed the money on the counter. I don't know if it's from China, but I wish they would respond with a little more common sense. I don't know if it was because I was busy and it was short circuited, but it was so abrupt that I didn't understand what it meant.

Yokohama Kanazawa Ward Namiki Aeon Kanazawa Seaside Hokkaido Ramen Ton Toko Ton Impressive taste New generation Hokkaido ramen My favorite is milk ramen! Kitano Megumi Ramen 770 yen Rich soup with miso base and milk added♪ Buy a meal ticket and order. This is done by one staff member. The milk ramen that came out - the blessings of the north It's different from the photo, but... I don't care about that. Creaminess is added to the miso base. Hokkaido ramen production completed with butter and corn. Noodles are medium thick It's not good, it lacks richness, but the noodles and soup are delicious. I don't need anything like ham. Further evolution of milk ramen with corn and butter...♪

This is the food court on the 3rd floor of Namiki Aeon. It's a lonely food court with only this, First Kitchen, and an Indian curry restaurant. Every time I go here, I get Tanrei Ramen (550 yen including tax). Saturdays and Sundays seem to be special days, and the regular price is 650 yen. The medium-thick, curly, smooth noodles typical of Hokkaido ramen, and the light yet rich soup are very delicious. Corn and wakame are also good. I end up drinking all the soup every time. The char siu rice (270 yen) is also delicious and goes well with the tanrei ramen soup, which goes well with the rice. I tried other ramen, but I ended up choosing Tanrei Ramen. For a special day weekend, this price is a great value. Please try eating it thinking you have been fooled (lol)

My favorite is the weekend special "Tanrei Ramen" for ¥520. The food court has coronavirus countermeasure panels installed on the tables, so you can feel safe.
